This subscription is addressed to small and family businesses with limited activity.

The START subscription includes 5 monthly hours of actual working of our lawyers, in which we provide the following services:

  • legal advice;
  • drafting legal opinions;

I subscribe

STANDARD subscription

Subscription amount is 450 EUR.

This subscription is addressed to small and medium businesses, with a high activity volume.

The STANDARD subscription includes 10 monthly hours of actual working of our lawyers, in which we provide the following services:

  • legal advice;
  • preparation of papers and documents;
  • drafting or amending customized contracts;
  • drafting legal opinions;
  • representation before the Trade Register Office;

I subscribe

PROFESSIONAL subscription

Subscription amount is 850 EUR.

This subscription is addressed to medium and large companies.

The PROFESSIONAL subscription offers the most complete range of services, covering all the legal needs of a company.

It includes 20 hours per month, of effective working of our lawyers, in which we provide the following services:

  • legal advice;
  • preparation of papers and documents;
  • drafting or amending customized contracts;
  • drafting legal opinions;
  • assisting clients in contract negotiation and conciliation of disputes;
  • negotiations, mediation and brokerage;
  • representation before the Trade Register Office and other institutions in the interest of the client;
  • representation in court;

I subscribe

 

The legal service plan will be concluded for a minimum period of 6 months. Subscription prices can be changed depending on customer needs. The number of employees, company turnover, and the volume of client’s legal matters are factors of cost calculation.
